Comparative study on cassava trade competitiveness of China and three ASEAN countries and their influence factors—Based on Double-Diamond model

To compare the cassava trade competitiveness of China and three ASEAN and their specific influence factors， this paper chose China， Thailand， Vietnam， Indonesia， the four largest cassava-exporting countries as research objects， selected market share， RCA index and CA index to compositely measure cassava trade competitiveness level， and used Double-Diamond model， from the aspects of production factors， demand conditions， related and supporting industries， main strategy， structure and competition， about 26 specific indicators to explore factors affecting the four countries’ cassava trade competitiveness. Results showed that although China’s cassava industry trade had less competitive ness， the four countries had their own advantages and disadvantages of cassava-exporting in the domestic diamond model and international diamond model framework.
