Abstract
The aquatic water of Trionyx sinensis was treated by different concentrations of ozone, at(27 ±1) ℃, the water quality was detected, and the growth and survival rate of T. sinensis was observed. The results showed that, by different concentrations of ozone, the contents of NO 2 -N and NH 4 -N in aquaculture water significantly decreased, and the dissolved oxygen(DO)content increased. After 21 days, in aquatic water treated with 0.1 mg/L ozone, the average weight of T. sinensis was 17.5(±0.16)g, the survival rate reached 91.33%, the effect was obvious.
