Cost-benefit and production efficiency of different scale of dairy breeding

Pursuing of the maximization of benefits of dairy breeding has an important practical significance to promote the sustainable and healthy development of dairy industry in our country. This paper used cost-benefit analysis and data envelopment analysis（DEA）model to explore the cost-benefit and raw milk production of total factor productivity（TFP）of different scale of dairy breeding. The results showed that the total factor productivity order was as follows：medium-scale，large-scale，small-scale and dairy backyard. As time going on，the total factor productivity of scale dairy breeding grew rapidly，the comparative advantage of scale dairy breeding gradually emerged.
