Mechanism of social capital on stability of nearby employment for returned migrant workers and its countermeasures

The stability of nearby employment of returned migrant workers is a new topic of the employment of migrant workers in recent years. In order to provide a reference for the local government departments and social organizations to support returned migrant workers and other returning personnel achieving employment and entrepreneurship in the new economical normal，this paper discussed the mechanism of social capital on the stability of nearby employment of the returned migrant workers by using questionnaire survey method，statistical analysis method and literature analysis method. The results showed that the nearby employment of returned migrant workers was based on the kinship，friendship and geopolitical form of social capital，and this type of“ strong-relationship” social capital could inevitably affect the nearby employment and its quality of the returned migrant workers. Social capital could influence the employability of returned migrant workers and its process of stabilization employment around hometown through the employment information acquisition ability and employment support capabilities as intermediates，among which there was a kind of irreversible one-way process. Based on the results，from the reasonable guidance of social capital and the effective use of weak relationship social capital，the supporting system of stable employment of migrant workers was put forward.
