Application of hyperspectral imaging in nondestructive detection of agricultural products

With the development of computer technology and spectral technique，hyperspectral imaging technology gradually becomes an important means of agricultural products detection. It combines image analysis and spectral analysis，image information shows the external quality and characteristics of agricultural products，meanwhile spectral information can be used to detect the internal quality of agricultural products，so that the internal and external quality information of agricultural products can be fully reflected，then the fast and nondestructive detection of the internal and external quality of agricultural products is realized. The basic principle of hyperspectral imaging was introduced，and the application of hyperspectral imaging technology in nondestructive detection of fruits and vegetables，meat，grain and other agricultural products was summarized.
