Analysis on factors affecting operation of anaerobic fermentation system in pig farm

Anaerobic fermentation has become the main mode in sewage treatment in pig farm worldwide. In this paper，the extraneous factors such as breeding scale，swinery water discharge，liquid-solid separation，hydraulic detention time in methane tank as well as monitoring time that affecting anaerobic fermentation operation，were reviewed. It was suggested that the farmer should regulate the flushing amount of water and hydraulic detention time，improve the quality of fermentation substrate and removal rate of pollutants. This review can provide consultant for manufacturing management in pig farm and improvement of sewage treatment for methane tank.
