Agricultural industrial structure adjustment and optimization in Urumqi-changji stone city

Urban agglomeration of agricultural industrial structure optimization and upgrading should not only adapt to the overall development of urban agglomeration development orientation，but also adapt to the regional agricultural resources endowment for realization of the rational allocation of agricultural resources. Based on the related theory of industrial structure adjustment，and using location quotient，structural similarity and grey correlation evaluation methods，the agricultural industrial structure situation of Urumqi-changji stone urban agglomeration was analyzed based on exploring the regional agricultural industrial structure optimization and adjustment path and its theoretical basis. The results showed that，in 2006-2013 the agricultural specialization level in Urumqi-changji stone city was low；the regional agricultural industrial structure and the overall agricultural industrial structure had a high similarity；and it had disorder within the agricultural industry structure. The thinkings of regional agricultural industrial structure optimization and adjustment were put forward，including adjusting and optimizing agricultural structure，promoting the coordinated development；striving to foster new type of agricultural management main body，improve the adjustment of agricultural structure strain capacity；striving to build new norm of urban agricultural development mechanisms to adapt to the economical situation
