Abstract
In early promotion process,there are larger defects in the domestic mountainous orchard transport vehicle in rollover prevention technique and man-machine design,which seriously affect the efficiency of mountainous orchard machinery enterprises and confidence of mountainous orchard farmers for improving productivity. In the understanding of development situation of foreign mountainous orchard machinery,on the basis of present situation of our country,this paper analyzed the mountainous orchard transport vehicle working environment and users’specific needs in its environment,improved its rollover prevention performance and human-machine coordination by using the theory of ergonomics and specific design methods,and used ANSYS to modify mountainous orchard transport vehicle scheme for data analysis. The simulation experiments confirmed that the final mountainous orchard transport vehicle was greatly improved in rollover prevention capacity and man-machine interactive performance.
