Abstract
In order to study the amino acids contents of muscle in Penaeus vanmamei exposed to T-2 toxin, feeds contaminated by different dosages of T-2 toxin were fed to different groups of P. vanmamei, and after 20 days, the contents of 17 kinds of amimo acids of P. vanmamei in different groups were detected, and then amino acid score was calculated and grey relational analysis was conducted. The results of amino acid score showed that, when T-2 toxin content was 1.2 mg/kg feed or less, the essential amino-acid total score increased, and when T-2 toxin content was above 1.2 mg/kg feed, it reduced. The results of grey correlation analysis showed that there were significant correlations between 17 kinds of amino acids and T-2 toxin content, and the correlations of 17 kinds of amino acids were very close, Methionine had the largest correlation with T-2 toxin content. The results indicated that low T-2 toxin content had stimulation on amino acids of prawn muscle, while high T-2 toxin content had inhibition, and the inhibition effect on Methionine was the most.
