Contamination and identification of bacteria in tissue cultures of Anubias barteri

    • Bacteria in tissue culture of Anubias barteri were isolated and identified in this study. The results showed that 13 isolates belonged to 11 genus(Paracoccus,Sphingomonas,Agrobacterium,Del ftia,Roseateles, Cupriavidus,Herbaspirillum,Stenotrophomonas,Acinetobacter,Microbacterium,Mycobacterium)of 4 groups (Alphaproteobacteria,Betaproteobacteria,Gammaproteobacteria,Actinobacteria). 38.5% of all isolates were Betaproteobacteria that were dominant species. The result was beneficial for preventing the contamination of production in the future
