Development situation and countermeasures of Guangdong waterfowl industry in 2014

In 2013, Guangdong waterfowl breeding was still mainly concentrated in the Pearl River Delta region, with the duck and goose breeding proportions of 44.3% and 48.3%, respectively, which were slightly lower than those in 2012. Guangdong waterfowl industry went through a tough year in 2013, affected by the 野fast-growing chicken冶 accident, H7N9 flu event, dissentient activities using public funds, and the decline of economic growth rate. In order to promote the further development of Guangdong waterfowl industry, a series of countermeasures were proposed: transforming the waterfowl breeding mode and taking new techniques to make breakthrough; improving the waterfowl industrial structure and promoting the integrated development of waterfowl industry chain; promoting government policy support; encouraging to participate in the insurance; focusing on the waterfowl productions爷quality safety and building quality control system of waterfowl industry.
