Abstract
In order to expore the effects and applicability of insecticides with efficient and low toxicity on Coloanacinerea, the biochemical analysis method was used to test the toxicities and effects of three insecticides on protective enzymeand detoxification enzyme activities in C. cinerea. The results showed that different insecticides had significantly differenttoxicities on C. cinerea, and abamectin had the highest toxicity. Treated by three insecticides, the catalase(CAT),peroxidase(POD)and superoxide dismutase(SOD)activities in C. cinerea enhanced generally, the effect of imidacloprid was relativelystable. Abamectin and imidacloprid had some promotion to the carboxylesterase(CarE)and glutathione S- transferase(GST)activities of C. cinerea. The CarE activity of C. cinerea was inhibited significantly after treated by isoprocarb-buprofezin from1 h to 15 h,while the GST activity of C. cinerea enhanced from 1 h to 10 h.
