Abstract
The experiment was conducted to study the induced resistance to Fusarium oxysporum f. sp. cubense bybio-control agents including chitosan,VitaCat,enzyme bacteria, and investigate plant growth and nitrogen content ofbanana, with two different varieties of banana seedling in disease resistance as materials,by the design of L8(27)andpot culture. The results showed that VitaCat could significantly inhibit F. oxysporum f. sp. cubense, promote stem growingin height and diameter, increase nitrogen content of cultivation media significantly. Enzyme bacteria didn’t affect thesefeatures significantly. Chitosan had different effects on different banana variety, its effect on Baxi was higner than that onNongke No1.,and its comprehensive effect was the minimum. The interaction effect of chitosan and enzyme bacteria wassignificant, and the collaborative effect had great influence on banana resistance to F. oxysporum f. sp. cubense, plant growthand nitrogen content. But chitosan had no interaction effect with VitaCat. Banana wilt disease had significantly negativecorrelation with nitrogen content, but no relation with stemdiameter and height. The results indicated that, chitosan,VitaCat and chitosan combined with enzyme bacteriacould improve the induced resistance to F. oxysporumf. sp. cubense, which was relative to nitrogen content insubstrate, not to banana plant height and diameter.
