Conceiving and approaches of pork sustainable supply chain construction

As the future development direction of pork industry, pork sustainable supply chain is conductive to the innovations of development idea, operation model, bussiness management and technical roadmap, can realize sustainable development of pork industry. This paper briefly introduced the principle of pork sustainable supply chain, clarified three key links including sustainable breeding, sustainable slaughtering and sustainable marketing, put forward approaches from four aspects: strengthening the concept of sustainable supply chain, improving the construction of system and infrastructure, strengthening the solid corporation of every link, speeding the informatization and technicalization development.
