Related technologies of affirming contracted management right to rural land based on ArcGIS

Taking a county in Jiangxi province as an example, this paper introduced the technical route of combination method in contracted management right affirming to rural land under ArcGIS platform, and ombined the characteristics of project, explained the related technologies of affirming contracted management right to rural land from field works including boundary point survey, schematic drawing and notes, and office works including GIS mapping, ArcGIS for storing attribute information, automatic block coding. Then the paper compared the mapping area with measured area of part of block, the results showed that the accuracy of combination method could completely meet the requirements, the combination method could reduce the registration cost of affirming contracted management right to rural land, reduce errors and improve work efficiency.
