Abstract
Cucumber roots and rhizosphere soil samples were collected randomly from Kunming College planting base. The partial 18S rRNA gene of two samples were amplified by Nested-PCR. These DNA fragments were used to construct AMF clone libraries. AMF community composition were studied by ARDRA screening, DNA sequencing and phylogenetic tree analysis. The results showed that seven species were obtained in rhizosphere soil. They were Glomus mosseae, G. intraradices, G. versiforme and other four unknown Glomus types. Except for G. mosseae, G. intraradices and G. versiforme, only two unknown Glomus species were detected in roots.
