Abstract
A friction braking device was designed to solve the problem of slipping accidents by wire rope loosening or fracture when the mountainous orchard one-way traction double-track transport was working. Based on analyzing the overall structure of the vehicle, this paper analyzed the braking process, key structure stress and carried out braking test. Finite element analysis showed that the maximum stress of supporting column was 6.3 MPa, the maximum displacement was 2.1伊10-5 mm which appeared in the bolt section that was used to connect the support column and friction plate fixed device. The maximum stress of track was 70.9 MPa and the maximum displacement was 0.65 mm, which appeared in the contact surface where friction plate contacted the track surface with the stress symmetrical distributed. The bench test results showed that, the success rate of friction braking device was 100%. The high-speed photography experiment showed that with the increase of loading quality, the braking time and vibration amplitude also increased. This study can provide reference for the overall design of mountainous orchard one-way traction double-track transport.
