Analysis on evolution path and stable strategy on mortgage loan of land management right of agricultural enterprise

It could solve the problem of sufficient funds in operation for the agricultural enterprise as the bank permits it to use its land management right as collateral for the loan. But its hard for agricultural enterprise to get a mortgage as a result of many factors now. Based on the assumption of bounded rationality, this paper constructed the evolutionary game model of mortgage loan between agricultural enterprise and bank, analyzed the two behavior爷s evolution path and stable strategy under different conditions. On this base, the paper put forward some suggestions to promote mortgage loan on land management right.
