Essential drift of the cooperatives by SEM—An empirical analysis from Henan province

Using SEM (structural equation model), this paper analyzes the comprehensive factors affecting the farmer specialized cooperatives essential drift. Results show that the observed variables of the farmers' professional cooperatives self service nature have significant covariant relations, and affect the essential drift of cooperatives obviously. While the observation variables of the farmer specialized cooperatives democratic control performance do not produce a covariant relation, and have no obvious impact on the essential drift of the cooperatives. Cooperatives' member heterogeneity affects the essential drift of the cooperatives, but do not produce mutual influence between them.
