Agricultural scientific and technological innovation capability of Gansu province based on gray comprehensive evaluation

This paper evaluated and analyzed the agricultural scientific and technological innovation capability of Gansu province from 2010 to 2012, constructed an evaluation index system of agricultural scientific and technological innovation capability, and established the gray comprehensive evaluation model. The results showed that the agriculturalscientific and technological innovation capacity of Gansu province increased year by year, and rose significantly in 2012;the investment capability was the key factor affecting agricultural scientific and technological innovation capability in Gansu province, the proportion of fiscal spending on science and technology and province agricultural science and technology project fund were the keys to promote the innovation capability.
