Effect of regional interaction on benchmark land price of agricultural land

Accurate evaluation of agricultural land is the premise to guarantee the legal rights of farmers. Based on the theoretical analysis of the influence of spatial interaction to the agricultural land benchmark land price, the gravity model and the regional benchmark land price impact model are introduced to make up the current defects that only from the rural. The results show that the interaction among regions has positive correlation with the benchmark land price of agricultural land distribution. The updated benchmark land price of agricultural land and the benchmark land price of agricultural land calculated by traditional method are in the same spatial distribution.
