Application of PLC in humidity and temperature control in the production of Pu'er ripe tea

In order to reduce the volatility of Pu'er tea fermentation workshop environment temperature and humidity, improve the fermentation efficiency, a set of environmental temperature and humidity controlled intelligent system was developed to use in Pu'er tea fermentation workshop. According to the required conditions of Pu'er tea fermentation, the overall scheme of control system was put forward. On this base, the data acquisition part, the control part of the system, the temperature and humidity adjusting part were put forward. The system was used to automatically collect and control the environment of the workshop temperature and humidity, and it could control the workshop temperature and humidity better, improve the efficiency of the uniform fermentation, shorten the fermentation period. The experimental data showed that the intelligent control system was effective. This system provides technical support for the control and automation of Pu'er tea fermentation production quality.
