Diversity of endophytic fungi in Zhanjiang honeysuckle

To study the diversity of endophytic fungi in Zhanjiang honeysuckle，the difference of honeysuckle endophytic fungi in different regions was analyzed. The diversity of endophytic fungi was identified by fungal ITS sequences colony and morphology identification. 17 strains from Zhanjiang honeysuckle were divided into nine genera, 17 species. Pestalotiopsis was the dominant genus in 17 genera, accounting for 29.41% of the total, while the main part from leaves was Trichoderma and Phomopsis, the detach from stem was Fusarium，Pestalotiops was mainly separated from flower. Different tissues of Zhanjiang honey suckle endophyte showed differences in the number and species composition, showing rich diversity.
