Effect of strong chicken powder on relative expression of GATA-3 and T-bet mRNA in mice spleen immunosuppressed by cyclophosphamide

    • This study was designed to investigate the mRNA expressions of GATA-3 and T-bet of spleen in tested mice after immunosuppressed by cyclophosphamide, then intended to understand the regulation mRNA expression levels of GATA-3 and T-bet. 40 purebred ICR mice were divided into four groups randomly, including cyclophosphamide group,Chinese medicine group, cyclophosphamide and Chinese medicine group, the normal control group. Using fluorescent quantitative PCR, the GATA-3 mRNA and T-bet expression in spleen were investigated in the four groups, taking β-actin gene as a reference gene. The results suggest that strong chicken powder can regulate immune function through relieving immunosuppressive effects caused by cyclophosphamide and improving immune function inhibition.
