Research on process and influencing factors of citizenization of new generation of migrant workers

Based on the survey for new generation of migrant workers in China in 2013, the article describes the current situation of them, the survey includs four parts: individual characteristics, job characteristics, social welfare and protection characteristics, social identity characteristics. Then with the four dimensions, article builds two logistic models and analyze influencing factors of citizenization of migrant new generation workers. Finally, this paper proposes countermeasures on citizenization with steady steps.
