Research progress on benefit compensation of cultivated land protection in China

It was of vital strategic importance for further strengthening the cultivated land protection and achieving the grain security in China to establish the benefit compensation system of cultivated land protection. Based on the current literature reviews at home and abroad on the cultivated land protection benefit compensation(CLPBC), six aspects including the theoretical basis, payment body and accepting body, compensation capital, compensation way, compensation standard and compensation mode, were induced and summed up systematically. Finally, shortcomings of current research on cultivated land protection benefit compensation mechanism were put forward and further research orientations were brought out.
