Design of 2BFQ-4 type precision combined direct planter for rape

2BFQ-4 type precision combined planter for rape matched with walking tractor was designed. The machine took the positive and negative pressure combined precision metering technology for rapeseed as the key technology, highly integrated ditcher, rotary stubble-breaking, seed bed preparing, pneumatic metering, fertilizing and earthing, could realize rapeseed爷s mechanized precision combined sowing, and could adjust seeding quantity according to the agronomic requirements. The result indicated that this machine爷s performance reached all the design requirements, realized the combination of agro-machinary and agronomy. This machine can be adapted to plant rapeseed for the mode of rice-rape and cutton-rape crop rotation system with remarkable comprehensive benefit.
