In order to improve the development situation of science and technology innovation in Guangdong seed industry, we should further establish long-term stable mechanism of agricultural technological investment, learn foreign advanced breeding technology, strengthen seed technology innovation, improve policy environment of integration ofbreeding, cross produetion and popularization, improve evaluation system of seed scientific research achievement, and ensure seed long-term stable investment.
