Construction and empirical research on performance evaluation system of agricultural organization

The performance appraisal indicator system of agricultural organization is an appraisal system that is constructed to realize the evaluation on the basis of system methodology in particular principles. This system is an integration of a series of related indicators reflecting the performance of all parts of the agricultural organization. In this paper, the researchers put forward the design principles, index selection method and evaluation index system, and construct the comprehensive evaluation model. Some of agricultural industry production bases in Liaoning area are taken as examples to carry out an empirical analysis of performance evaluation. It is concluded that the effectiveness of agricultural industry integrating operation will be improved with the increase of ecological level of agricultural products. And some relative strategies and suggestions are offered in this paper.
