Effects of different additives and concentrations on the tissue culture of Dendrobium officinale

The effects of different additives on proliferation and rooting culture of Dendrobium officinale were studied. The results showed that: potato and papaya were conductive to bud proliferation, among which the 1/2 MS+NAA 0.2 mg/L+ sucrose 30 g/L+200 potato g/L medium was the best; banana promoted the rooting induction, in which 1/2 MS+NAA 0.5 mg/L+ sucrose 30 g/L+Banana 100 g/L medium was the best to induce the rooting of the shoots.
