Screening of tobacco germplasm resistant to bacterial wilt in Guangdong

Sixty -five tobacco germplasm were identified and classified on their resistance to bacterial wilt in Guangdong province. The results showed that 7 varieties (OX2028, Yanyan 97, CO176, C151, Dayemihe, NC95, K730) were proved to have high resistance, their disease indexes were 10.83-22.78. Dayemihe was a domestic variety from Guangdong province. 10 varieties (RG8, G28, K399, CO139, K326, Zhongyan 14, K346, RG-22, RG11, R158) were proved to have medium resistance, their disease indexes were 30.97-49.44.
