Abstract
Pyrethroid hydrolase Est825 was manufactured by high cell-density fermentation. The results showed that degradation rate of pyrethroid pesticides was 70% above. The optimum unit of enzyme activity and temperature range of Est825 were 120 U/mL and 32-37, respectively. Pyrethroid hydrolase Est825 was proved to be nontoxic to SD rats by acute oral toxicity test, with LD50跃6 g/kg, and had no allergic reaction to skin.
