Introduction and screening of new oncidium cultivars

Twenty-two oncidium cultivars were introduced by Dongguan Institute of Grain Crops and Flowers from 2010 to 2011. Detailed record of bogical characteristics and blossom characters were investigated, synthesized factors of morphology, blossom quality, disease resistance and cultivation adaptability, some excellent varieties were screened. The cultivars those can be emphasisly promoted are Sweet girl, little cherry, luck star, Hawaii, red scarf, maids scatter blossoms, red ladybug, beauty, fragrance, sweet red bean, golden afternoon.
