Effects of continuous cropping on the growth and rihizospheric microorganism of Gladiolus hybridus

    • In order to understand the effects of continuous cropping on Gladiolus hybridus, taking different stubbles of G. hybridus Hort in greenhouse and its rhizosphere as the object, we observed the growth condition of G. hybridus and the quantity changes of soil microbial community. The results showed that continuous cropping had significant impact on the morphological and physiological indicators of G. hybridus. Compared with the control, the plant germination rate, seedling rate, plant height, stem diameter, leaf number, number of flower, ball diameter, ball number decreased; The chlorophyll content, root vigor, SOD activty significantly reduced, MDA, POD significantly increased, resistance weakened. With the increasing of planting years, the number of total soil microbial was reduced, the number of bacteria and actinomyces in rhizosphere was decreased and fungi increased gradually.
