Standard and methods of agricultural talents training from the perspective of practice education

Agricultural disciplines are mainly practical and applied, and the talent training of agricultural disciplines should insiston the principle of practicalness and applicability preferentially. Practice education is necessary to develop professional talents of agriculture, and it can train abilities of practicalness and applicability. This paper discusses acknowledge, capacities and qualities that agricultural should professional talents possess. Based on the idea of practice education, building a platform, optimizing schemes and creating innovation models for practice education are necessary approaches to improve the training methods of agricultural talents.
