    Safety test of Ivermectin nanoemulsion on beef cattle

    • To evaluate the safety of Ivermectin nanoemulsion on beef cattle, twenty four beef cattles were divided into 4 groups at random, including the control group 0 mg/kg, one time of the recommended dose group (0.2 mg/kg), three times of the recommended dose group (0.6 mg/kg), five times of the recommended dose group (1.0 mg/kg), and the blood samples were collected after the second administration (8 d)for blood biochemical and blood analysis. The results showed that the indicators of all cattle were within the normal range, the indicators had no significant differences. The pathological changes of heart, liver, lung and kidney had no obvious abnormalities. It suggested that the Ivermectin nanoemulsion was safe for the target animal.
