Effect of fiscal expenditure for agriculture on rural residents' consumption Empirical analysis on provincial panel data in 2000要2011

Based on the optimal choice of consumer's framework, this paper studies the effect of fiscal expenditure for agriculture on rural residents' consumption from 2000 to 2011.The results show that, fiscal expenditure for agriculture has no significant crowding-in effect, time effect and regional effect on rural residents' consumption, Finally, some policy recommendations are put forward to promote the sustained and healthy economic development.
