Design and realization of poultry management system based on cloud computing

In order to adapt to the current development of intensive and large-scale poultry farming, the broiler farms was chosen as research object and a poultry management system which was suitable for scale farms was built and realized. By using Hadoop and HBase of cloud computing technology, we have solved the problem of storage and processing of mass data generated by RFID and sensor nodes and achieved real-time breeding process data collection and query, the monitoring of poultry growth status and poultry houses enviroment, and digital production and management of farms. Results of the test and operation indicated that the system was available to meet the actual needs of farms and provide a viable security platform for scientific management.
