Analysis on the Macroscopic Institutional Environment of Guangdong Farmers Cooperatives

The development of farmers cooperatives is an effective way to transform agricultural development model and to solve the problem of "agriculture, rural areas and farmers ".This paper analysis the current situation of the development of farmer cooperatives in Guangdong, and discusses the macroscopic institutional environment of Guangdong farmers cooperatives. From the perspective of the functions of the government, the financial system and technical support,this paper proposes different route choice to make macroscopic institutional environment innovation of Guangdong farmers cooperatives.
