Guangdong agricultural management system innovation by learning from international experience

In the third plenary session of the eighteenth central committee, a series of innovation requirements of agricultural management system were put forward. On one hand, these countermeasures kept the domestic experience of combination of top-level design and mass initiative; on the other hand, absorbed the successful experience from developed agricultural countries. This paper analyzed the main existing problems of Guangdong agricultural management system, summarized the innovation experience of agricultural management system in developed agricultural countries, and put forward countermeasures to solve the problems of agricultural management system in Guangdong province.
