Effect of credit rationing on revenue utility of different income groups in Shaanxi

Based on the survey data from the western rural areas in Shaanxi, multinomial Logit model is built,considering the multiple factors, this paper analyzes the role of credit rationing in revenue utility of different income groups. The empirical results show that, high-income groups suffered more credit rationing; reducing the extent of suffered credit rationing, middle-income households can get benefit, then the ratio of high-income households increases effectively,so income structure in rural areas well adjusts. Financial information can significantly improve the income of farmers. Local private lending plays an important role in the improvement of income and income structure, is a traditional and effective alternative in China's rural economic development.
