Assessment of the influence of rural property mortgage financing on farmers' income --based on DID model

Abstract
This essay was based on 262 farmers questionnaire from the Tongxin in county Ningxia province and Gaoling county in Shannxi province. By using DID model, the effect of rural property mortgage financing on farmers'income and other factors which affected the income studied. The research results showed that rural property rights mortgage financing had significant positive influence on per capita net income, per capita net income of agriculture and non-agriculture, however, it had little effect on the income structure of the surveyed area in the short term;Taking the other influencing factors into consideration, on the first, the degree of education and cultivated land area had significant positive effects on the per capita net income, on the other hand, family population and agricultural labor force ratio had significant negative effects on the per capita net income, on the second, the age of farmers and cultivated land area had significant positive effects on per capita net income of agriculture, while family population had a significant negative effect on per capita agricultural income, on the third, the degree of education had a significant positive effect on per capita income of non-agricultural, while the age of farmers and agricultural labor force ratio had a significant negative impact on per capita income of non-agricultural.
