Current situation and challenge of China's rural land assets market - Taking Chongqing city as an example

Using literature research method, social survey method, comparative analysis and qualitative analysis,the current situation and challenge of China's rural land assets market are explored. The results suggest that the construction of rural land assets market is very necessary, it is the objective requirement of improving the socialist market system, safeguarding the land rights of farmers, improving urban and rural development; our country's rural land assets market has fruitful achievements, it can be proved by the growing scale of rural land assets trading,preliminary formation of rural land assets price system, transaction management of rural land assets. The construction of rural land assets market is faced with some challenges, especially in shortage of land policy, lack of management platform and poor market development environment. In order to promote the land assets market in rural areas, we should strengthen the construction of rural land property rights system, the management of land assets in country, and make the rural land assets more clearly.
