Study on the countermeasures of agricultural product price fluctuation

This article explained the pig cycle by using cobweb theory and the marginal price change rules of supply and demand, analyzed the main causes of the pig cycle, including unstablity of pig production, lack of accurate market information and forecasting ability, low degree of standardized scale, epidemic leading to pork fluctuations, insufficiency of early warning signal, weak of the national macro -control, etc. The key point to solve the fluctuation of the price of agricultural product was to improve the effective warning mechanism and agricultural product reserving strategy, and some countermeasures to reply the pig cycle were put forward, including improving the warning mechanism of the pig circle,establishing the strategy reserving system of the pork, developing the breeding standardized scale, making a good control on epidemic disease, implementing more scientific subsidy policies and developing the ecological pig vigorously.
