Development countermeasures for the deep processing industry of marine fishery resources in Guangdong Province

Deep processing of marine fishery resources plays an important driving role in the entire fishery. This paper analyzes the achievements on deep processing of Guangdong marine fishery resources, points out problems like weak marine fisheries resources deep-processing enterprise, research work backward, serious waste of resources, security risks of processing quality and other issues; then explains the trends including focusing on food quality and safety, high -tech application and utilization of marine natural product. Finally, from aspects of industrial structure optimization, leading enterprises cultivating, implementation of industrial management, science and technology innovation, strengthening quality management and establishment of industry associations, corresponding countermeasures and suggestions to promote deep processing industry development of marine fishery resources in Guangdong are put forward.
