Study on development status and suggestions of national modern agricultural demonstration zone

Based on the recent development of national modern agricultural demonstration zones, this article analyzed the successes achieved by those zones in innovating mechanism, breeding dominate industry, promoting agricultural industrialization,expediting scientific and technological progress, developing area ecology and increasing farmers' income. It also dissected the problems existing in the system construction, the operating mechanism and the modes innovation. At last, the optimal policy recommendationsforthe betterdevelopment of national modern agricultural demonstration zoneswere put forward.
