Process of scientific legislation of rural collective land expropriation

With the fast economic development and continuous progress of industrialization and urbanization in China,the amount of expropriated collective land in rural areas is increasing year by year. Based on the modification of Land Administration Law, the article analyzed a series of problems in system design, including public utilities爷definition in land expropriation, living resettlement of landless peasants and the procedure of land compensation. Corresponding countermeasures including clearing legal provisions, perfecting the procedure of land expropriation and increasing social security of landless peasants were put forward.
