Agricultural extension behavior of scientific and technological envoys

Insufficient supply of agricultural technology affected the agricultural industry's technological competitiveness, and hindered sustainable agriculture and rural economic development. Taking effective measures to guide scientific and technological envoys in the entrepreneurial process to speed up agricultural extension becomes the key to enhance China's competitiveness and improve farmers' income. This paper studied the factors in the process of scientific and technological envoys' business conduct agricultural extension in business entities. Used the field survey data of Shandong, Ningxia, Inner Mongolia and Zhejiang province, with the multiple linear regression analysis method, the paper analyzed the influence factors and mechanism of the scientific and technological envoys'agricultural technology extension behavior.
