Species identification and distribution of root-knot nematode in Gansu province

This test used the traditional perineum pattern section and isozyme to identify the species of the vegetable's root-knot nematode in Gansu province. Authors found that there were two kinds of nematode, the one was south root-knot nematode(Meloidgyne.incognita), and the other was java nematode (M. java), the south root-knot nematode was dominant species. Root-knot nematode was mainly distributed in Lanzhou city, Baiyin city, Longnan city, Wuwei city, Qingyang city, Pingliang city and Tianshui city.
