Abstract
Bacteria were identified and tested of drug sensitivities by using the bacterial isolation, identification method and disk diffusion method in order to study the types of pathogens which caused the beef cattle arthritis and antibiotic sensitivity. The results showed that 2 strains of E. coli were identified and separated from two cases of infected cattle synovial fluid. Results of 18 kinds of antibiotic susceptibility tests were as follows: E. coli was sensitive to ciprofloxacine, amikacin, norfloxacin, gentamicin, cefoperazone intermediary sensitive to fortum, kanamycin cefuroxime had drug resistance to carbenicillin, cephalosporin V, doxycycline, minocycline, cotrimoxazole, erythromycin, chloramphenicol, tetracycline, neomycin Pioneer IV piperacillin penicillin.
